Refund policy

At Ashore, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, products may need to be returned or exchanged, and we want to make that process as easy as possible for you. 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you should notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item(s) for a *refund or **exchange. The item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. 

For all online orders, you should notify us that you would like to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving them. Thereafter, you will have 14 calendar days to return your items to us.

Please note: We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In the case of a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@ashore.store and provide your customer order number. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for gift cards.

 

*Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

**Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
