If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you should notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item(s) for a *refund or **exchange. The item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
For all online orders, you should notify us that you would like to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving them. Thereafter, you will have 14 calendar days to return your items to us.
Please note: We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In the case of a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for gift cards.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
