Your Order

Order Status

After placing your order, you can expect to receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours. You will also receive another email with shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.

How do I order from the Ashore website?

To make a purchase, just follow the prompts on your screen. You can easily add items to your Shopping Basket and proceed to the Checkout when you're ready to complete your order. You can also view your Shopping Basket anytime without interrupting your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

For customers in the UK, we provide FREE shipping on all orders exceeding £100. However, at this time, we DO NOT offer FREE shipping for orders outside of the UK.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our priority is to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible, no matter where you are in the world.

UK:

Our standard delivery time for orders placed in the UK is 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for dispatch of our Ashore Life range. If you are ordering from the UK, you can enjoy free shipping on all orders over £100. However, if your order is under £100, you will be charged a standard shipping fee of £5.99.

EUROPE:

Our standard delivery time for orders placed in Europe is 3-9 business days. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for dispatch of our Ashore Life range. If you are ordering from Europe, please note that all shipping costs will be £14.99 if the value of items are under £100. Any items over £100 will be subject to the shipping costs rising to £24.99.

US & REST OF THE WORLD:

For the US and the rest of the world, you can expect to receive your order within 5-13 business days after dispatch. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for dispatch of our Ashore Life range. The cost of shipping to the US is a standard shipping rate of £39.99.

How much will my order cost to ship?

UK:

If you are ordering from the UK, you can enjoy free shipping on all orders over £100. However, if your order is under £100, you will be charged a standard shipping fee of £5.99.

EUROPE:

If you are ordering from Europe, please note that all shipping costs will be £14.99 if the value of items are under £100. Any items over £100 will be subject to the shipping costs rising to £24.99.

US & REST OF THE WORLD:

The cost of shipping to the US and ROW is a standard shipping rate of £39.99.

When will my order be sent?

Our team always aims to send out your products within 24 hours after we receive your order, if you place your order after 5pm on a Friday, your order will be sent out the following Monday. During peak seasons such as Christmas, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as delivery times may take a bit longer.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 calendar days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.

How do I return unwanted goods?

If you need to return something, email info@ashore.store. Just check out our Returns Policy for all the details. Just remember, we'll need the item to be in perfect condition and preferably in its original packaging. We want to make sure it doesn't get damaged on its way back to us.

What items are non-refundable?

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification.
  • Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted for purchases made in-store or online on Sale purchases.
Can I exchange my item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I still order a product if it is out of stock online?

If you find that an item you really like is unavailable for purchase online, kindly get in touch with our team at info@ashore.store during our operational hours of 10am to 5.00pm (UK time) from Monday to Saturday. We will do our utmost to fulfill your request, if possible.

Can I sign up to an email notification for product restocks?

Absolutely! To receive updates on the availability of a specific product, select the desired color or size and click the 'NOTIFY ME’ button then simply follow the instructions on screen to complete the process.

Will you be stocking new products regularly?

Yes, we will be stocking new brands and products regularly to provide our customers with a variety of options to choose from. We are committed to keeping our inventory fresh and up-to-date to meet the evolving needs and preferences of our customers. Stay tuned for updates on new brands, products and promotions!

Product Warranty

At Ashore, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products from reputable brands. Most of our products sold in our store or online, come with a manufacturer's warranty which covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a specified period of time.

The duration of the warranty varies depending on the brand.

If you experience any issues with your product during the warranty period, please contact us and we will assist you in processing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
